The last date WA VIP1 applications will be accepted into the home office is 10-24-05. The following forms are available to download: Transition Dates for all approved states, Effective date rule change for VIP2 policies, instructions for unlocking WA to run illustrations.

Hypertension treated with a dual action medication can be considered at preferred rates. Recovery period for new onset diabetes has been reduced from 12 months to 6 months. 4-6-05	MetLife	VIP2 launches in Idaho on 4-18-05. The last date Idaho VIP1 applications can be signed: 5-18-05. The last date Idaho VIP1 applications will be accepted in the Home Office: 6-2-05.
